The mixing slurry of the mixer is driven by an electric motor through a belt pulley. The motor is an AC dual speed motor that can operate at high speed by pressing the start button. But it must be noted that the motor should be started at low speed before switching to high-speed operation. The spindle is supported and operated by three bearings.
There are three stirring slurries on the upper part of the main shaft, which rotate in a clockwise direction, causing the material to move along the boiler wall while also circulating up and down. The addition of a deflector enhances the mixing effect. Due to the high-speed movement of materials,the frictional heat between materials, as well as between materials and blades, is significant, causing a rapid increase in material temperature.
